These large 4 prong spit forks are designed to securely hold cuts of meat such as shoulder joints or whole chickens in place whilst cooking. This ensures a more predictable and even cooking. These hooks are held in place on our motor-driven rotisserie skewers by the supplied securing bolts.

Really sturdy!
These are great little add ons. Only used them for corn on the cob so far but I plan to experiment with other things soon. I love this bbq!!
