Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days.

We’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Changed Your Mind?

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order if you’ve changed your mind.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in re-saleable condition with original packaging.

You will need to cover the cost of return postage, and original delivery costs are non-refundable.
Items We Can’t Accept Back

Perishable goods (like food), personalised/custom items, opened CDs/DVDs/software, hazardous materials, or gift cards.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds go back to your original payment method and are usually processed within 7 working days once we’ve received your return.
