We want you to love your Cyprus BBQ products, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days.

  • We’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Changed Your Mind?

  • You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order if you’ve changed your mind.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in re-saleable condition with original packaging.

  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage, and original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Items We Can’t Accept Back

  • Perishable goods (like food), personalised/custom items, opened CDs/DVDs/software, hazardous materials, or gift cards.

How to Return

  2. We’ll give you a Returns Reference Number if necessary and any instructions.

  3. Send your item back to:

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method and are usually processed within 7 working days once we’ve received your return.

  • We’ll happily exchange faulty or damaged items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
