To offer a wider range of products, Cyprus BBQ sells both products stocked by us in our UK warehouse and products supplied by carefully selected, trusted marketplace partners.

Delivery times, shipping methods and charges may vary depending on the items and sellers in your order. Any delivery charges and estimated delivery times will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Products Sold by Cyprus BBQ

These products are stocked and dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.

• Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to payment and security checks.
• Orders placed after 12:00 noon, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch depending on the selected shipping method.
• Smaller items are usually sent via Royal Mail Tracked; larger items via a tracked courier service.
• Tracking information will be provided where available.
• We do not routinely offer weekend deliveries.

Delivery options:

• Free delivery to the UK mainland, with no minimum order value
• For guaranteed next working day delivery, select Express Delivery at checkout.
• Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands (including areas around Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Outer Hebrides, Inverness, Kirkwall, Kirkaldy, Paisley, Perth, Galashiels, Shetland Islands), Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands may take longer and/or incur an additional charge. Exact costs and timescales are shown at checkout.
• Due to their size and weight, some BBQ products may only be available for standard delivery, or may require a scheduled/kerbside delivery service. Any restrictions will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

Marketplace Partner Products

Some products are supplied and shipped directly by trusted third-party marketplace partners. These products are clearly identified on the product page.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.
• Delivery times may vary between partners and are shown at checkout.

Ordering from Multiple Sellers

If your order contains products from Cyprus BBQ and one or more marketplace partners:

• Items may be delivered separately, by different couriers.
  
• You may receive multiple dispatch and tracking notifications.
  
• Delivery dates may vary between products in the same order.
  
• Separate shipping charges may apply for products from different sellers - these will always be itemised at checkout before you pay.

International Orders

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order and will be shown at checkout.
  
• Local customs duties, taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other import charges may apply.
• These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
  
• If no shipping option is available for your location, please get in touch with us for a shipping quote, including your full delivery address and the products you wish to order.

We'll work with the courier or marketplace partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Responsibility for Delivery

Cyprus BBQ products: we are responsible for dispatching and delivering your order.
Marketplace partner products: the partner is responsible for dispatching and delivering the order. Cyprus BBQ remains your first point of contact for any delivery issues and will assist in resolving them, including with refunds or replacements where applicable. Cyprus BBQ will handle any enquiries or refunds directly.
