This BBQ is designed to fit neatly into a countertop as part of your outdoor kitchen.  It can also sit on a countertop if required.

The dimensions are 120cms long, 50cms wide, 12.5cms deep, Height 25cm.

9 x Souvla skewers 8mm thick with gears

17 x Souvlaki kebab skewers 4mm thick with gears

2 x triple skewers 4mm thick with gears for sausages, sheftalia, halloumi cheese, etc

Installation

Can sit on a countertop and the legs are approx 2.5cm long

Gap dimensions for the built in are 125cm x 57 cm (The difference in size if the hole accounts for expansion of the BBQ when hot.) 

The total width of the counter needs to be about 75cm.

The bbq does not need a liner and it sits in the hole supported by the metal lip. 

The BBQ drops down about 18cm in to the hole

The gap in front of the BBQ needs to be between 5 and 10cm to allow room for the hand crank.

Requires at least 2 people to lift the BBQ into place. 

Remove the fire bricks to reduce the weight before lifting.

Use the lifting hooks provided to lift the BBQ out of the box and into place

Maintenance

Chain must be lubricated with WD40 before each use

After cooking leave the lid off for 1 hour to let it cool down

Motor goes on the right so it pulls the chain clockwise rather than pushes the chain
