Delivery times, shipping methods and charges may vary depending on the items and sellers in your order.

Any delivery charges and estimated delivery times will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Products Sold by Cyprus BBQ

These products are stocked and dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.

• Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Tracking information will be provided where available.
• UK mainland delivery is free unless the Express Delivery option is selected.

Marketplace Partner Products

Some products are supplied and shipped directly by trusted third-party marketplace partners. These products will be clearly identified on the product page.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Ordering from Multiple Sellers

UK Orders Shipped by Cyprus BBQ

Orders received before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday) are normally processed and dispatched the same working day, subject to payment and security checks.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Smaller items are usually sent by Royal Mail.
• Larger items are sent by tracked courier services.
• Standard UK delivery is typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• For guaranteed next working day delivery, please select the Express Delivery option at checkout.

Please note that we do not routinely offer weekend deliveries.

International Orders Shipped by Cyprus BBQ

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other import charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order and will be displayed during checkout.

If no shipping option is available for your location, please contact us for a shipping quote. When contacting us, please include your full delivery address and the products you wish to order.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

Responsibility for Delivery

For products sold by Cyprus BBQ, we are responsible for dispatching your order.

For products sold by marketplace partners, the partner is responsible for dispatching and delivering the order. However, Cyprus BBQ remains your first point of contact and will assist with any delivery-related issues.
