Chinese-style salt ‘n‘ pepper seasoning is ideal for chicken, pork and ribs. Dust over wings and wedges.

No E numbers such as MSG (E621), which features in lots of Chinese cooking, are included. The real kicker in the Salt n Pepper BBQ Rub is the complex blend of spices along with Kikkoman soy sauce powder, which brings a rich and unique umami flavour to the rub.
As with all The Smokey Carter seasonings, they're very versatile! This seasoning works just as well sprinkled over veggies or chicken breast and pan-fried in a little oil.
Ingredients: Sugar, salt, five spice (fennel, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, clove), paprika, garlic, chilli, red pepper, soy sauce powder (SOYBEAN, WHEAT, maltodextrin, salt), onion, spices.

UK Orders Shipped by Cyprus BBQ
Orders received before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday) are normally processed and dispatched the same working day, subject to payment and security checks.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Smaller items are usually sent by Royal Mail.
- Larger items are sent by tracked courier services.
- Standard UK delivery is typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- For guaranteed next working day delivery, please select the Express Delivery option at checkout.
Please note that we do not routinely offer weekend deliveries.
